Jobshadowing in Gdansk

And after more than a year of downtime due to Covid we got back to work

This time we went to Poland to share with a school in Gdansk, between the 14th and 18th of June 2021, three teachers from the Nuno School Grouping in Santa Maria de Tomar, Portugal, traveled.

The main objectives were:

Observe the dynamics of the school Zespót Szkót Ogólnoksztatcacych, Nr2, in Gdansk, Poland, namely with regard to teaching in primary and secondary education classes;

Share significant and differentiated pedagogical experiences, with a view to improving the quality of learning in both countries;

Integrate intercultural learning experiences;

Interact with colleagues of different nationalities;

Enrich communication skills.
